  Wonderful staff and treatment of animals.
  
  Experienced vets where it feels like your pets are in good hands.
  
  Accommodating especially when in need.
  
  Pricing is what you'd expect surprisingly not overpriced like a lot of vets.
  
  Because it is a local practice it feels homely not sterile and uncomfortable.

  I had an awful experience here. On a very hot day, i had a very old white retriever who's owner had recommended dropping him off here because she had done this before. When i went to explain the situation, the front desk were extremely rude, did not want to look up his details and when they did said that he hadn't been in for a year so they could not do anything for him. They were forceful and showing us the door back into the extreme heat. I was appalled at the lack of duty of care they had for this animal. They are meant to be animal lovers but it reaffirmed that they are just in it for the money. I will not be recommending this place to anyone!

  Dreadful ....I opened the door to the main entrance which is where I was directed by the nurse ...the male behind the counter actually moved to the top of the stairs and watched as I battled up the stairs with my blind dog. I was charged extra as apparently the consultation went over by four minutes .....the vet was looking for a brochure in that 4 minutes. The vet did not clean out my dogs eye which was badly needed, in fact she did absolutely nothing....never again probably the worst of the worst!
  Sadly yet another experience where it’s all about the money.

  Saw a wonderful vet today. Explained things really well and gave me a plan to follow. No hesitation in recommending this vet. Thanks dr stephanie

  Best bird vets around. And very careing people really friendly and helpfull staff i would recommend this vet to everyone .
